POST REHAB TRAINING

We understand the importance of movement after an injury, stroke, cancer treatment or any other physical trauma. This is why we design customized exercise programs to safely guide you back into an independent workout routine.


After your initial assessment, your program is written and progressed over a four week period. Within those four weeks, you will not just physically feel a difference, but can see the progress you have made. After four weeks, an entirely new program is created for you and you continue to make progress and even establish new goals.


When necessary, our programming is shared with our physical therapists to ensure the appropriate path to prevent future injuries and enhance your daily quality of life. Every client comes to us with unique goals and we take pride in helping you all reach them.
