Semi-Private training offers similar benefits to private coaching with training partners to motivate and support you along the way.
Our semi-private training programs combine expert individualized coaching with an extra dose of accountability and social support from other members in your group to get you the results you're seeking.
Look around. Small groups are more successful at a variety of things. What's the explanation? Because small groups allow you to tap into resources that aren't accessible when you try to accomplish something on your own.
The same is true with fitness training. Semi-private personal training is comparable to private personal training... but with several extra perks. With semi-private training, you are held responsible through social support, energy, and teamwork. At most, 4-5 people train together at one time; each working on their own customized training program!

Getting started is easy! We have a variety of packages available to help you hit your fitness goals!
- Purchase one of our four packages.
- Schedule your 30 min consultation. You will receive an email upon registration completion with directions to schedule your assessment.
- Upon completion of your assessment, you can schedule your classes on the BHPT app
- Begin your fitness and health journey from your first session
