As we age, our bone density decreases which can lead to more serious medical conditions such as osteoporosis. Appropriate stress on the bones through strength training can increase bone density and improve your overall health. Balance diminishes over time and if not practiced it can cause falls or a lack of confidence.


Our trainers will incorporate balance drills and functional training exercises to improve activities of daily living.  Functional training turns daily challenges into exercises in the gym. If carrying a grandchild up the stairs is intimidating or not possible, we train you on the stairs with weighted beanbag babies to simulate a real life situation.


No matter what challenges you are facing, we tackle them as a team to ensure you are confident, strong and committed.
